Banana cake
Ingredients:
475g/1lb 1oz undeniable flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1â„2 teaspoon salt
50ml/2fl oz vegetable oil
2 eggs
125ml/4fl oz milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
225g/8oz bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons caster sugar
225g/8oz vanilla yogurt
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gasoline mark 4. Grease 2 x 20cm/8inside spherical cake tins.
Then, sift alongside one another the dry elements into a weighty blending bowl.
