Fruit salad cake

175g/6oz dried fruit salad, approximately chopped
250ml/9fl oz very hot tea
225g/8oz wholemeal self-increasing flour
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
50g/2oz muscovado sugar
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
75ml/3fl oz skimmed milk
Demerara sugar, to sprinkle
Directions:
First, soak the dried end result within just the tea for various hrs or right away. Drain and e-book the liquid.
