250ml/9fl oz milk icing sugar, to filth
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gasoline mark 4. Brush a 23cm/9in just glass or ceramic pie plate with melted butter.
Then, spread the cherries upon the backside of the pie plate within a one layer.
Then, sift the flour into a bowl, increase the sugar and create a nicely inside the middle. Little by little increase the blended eggs, milk and butter, whisking till gentle and free of charge of lumps.
Finally, pour the batter in excess of the cherries, and bake for 30â€"35 minutes. Remove in opposition to the oven and dirt generously with icing sugar. Provide routinely. cakes & pastries.
