Instant Cupcake

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vanilla extract

Directions:
put all ingredients in a small bowl.
mix until well blended.
pour into cupcake paper liner,place in microwave for a minute,let cool and enjoy!
