Holiday Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
nuts, pecans
butter, without salt
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
sugars, brown
ice creams, vanilla
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ice cream.
Spread 2/3 c. of mix in 9"x13" pan.
Spread with ice cream and top with remaining crumbs.
Cover and freeze overnight.
12 servings.
