Ingredients:
25g/1oz cornflour
75g/3oz unsweetened cocoa
125g/41â„2oz Demerera sugar
750ml/11â„4pt milk
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Directions:
First, sift the cornflour with the cocoa and sugar, and put within just a saucepan.
Finally, slowly but surely stir within just the milk about a lower warm till the mix is no cost of lumps. Insert the vanilla any time a little cooled, then pour the pudding combination into a serving dish and refrigerate until finally demanded.
