Frozen egg nog

Ingredients:

2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons caster sugar
2 tablespoons dim rum
1 tablespoon brandy
300ml/10fl oz double product

Directions:
First, put the egg yolks, rum and brandy in just a pan in excess of simmering water and whisk until finally the blend is thick and creamy. Remove towards the warm and commence whisking right up until the blend contains cooled somewhat. Move to a freezerproof container.
Then, whip the product right up until it stands inside of delicate peaks, then fold thoroughly into the egg mix.
Finally, freeze for a least of 4 several hours prior to serving.
