Ingredients:
175g/6oz dim chocolate (at minimum 70% cocoa solids), damaged into elements
300ml/10fl oz whipping product
2 tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon espresso essence
1 egg white

Directions:
First, put the chocolate inside a heatproof bowl put in excess of a saucepan of simmering water, and go away to soften slowly and gradually, stirring at times. Let to awesome somewhat.
