Apricot and orange jellies
Ingredients:
225g/8oz well prepared-to-take in dried apricots
300ml/10fl oz unsweetened orange juice
2 tablespoons recently squeezed lemon juice
3 teaspoon very clear honey
1 tablespoon powdered gelatine
4 tablespoons boiling water
Directions:
First, put the apricots within a saucepan and pour within just the orange juice. Carry to the boil, go over and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until finally the apricots are plump and delicate. Depart to great for 10 minutes.
Then, move the mix to a blender or food items processor, and purée till comfortable. Stir inside of the lemon juice and incorporate the honey. Pour the combination into a measuring jug, and create up to 600ml/1pt with chilly water.
Then, dissolve the gelatine within the boiling water, and pour into the apricot mix. Stir to blend carefully.
Finally, pour the combination into 4 patient 150ml/5fl oz moulds. Go away to chill until finally fastened right before serving. chilly desserts.
