Salt Cookies Sugar-Free Version
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
salt, table
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a bowl, combine the flour and salt with a whisk.
Alternatively, you can sift them together.
Add the vegetable oil and mix with a rubber spatula in a cutting motion.
When well incorporated, add the water and lightly mix until it comes together into a dough.
Roll out the dough to a 5 mm thickness with a rolling pin.
Cut into desired sizes.
Sprinkle the salt (rock salt) on top.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and they are done.
Let them cool.
