applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
cream, sour, cultured
horseradish, prepared
vinegar, red wine

Directions:
In a glass bowl combine all the ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.
