Blanco Queso (Mexican white cheese dip)

Ingredients:
spinach, raw
artichokes, (globe or french), raw
cheese, parmesan, hard
cheese, mozzarella, low sodium
spices, pepper, black
lemon juice, raw
cheese, parmesan, hard

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
In bowl combine spinach, artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup (125 ml) parmesan, mozzarella, white pepper, and lemon juice.
Mix well and spoon mixture in a 1 quart (950 ml) baking dish.
Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
