Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, parmesan, hard
salt, table
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
Cover potatoes with cold water in a pot and bring to a boil; simmer 20 minutes until tender.
Drain; return potatoes to pot; add butter and hot milk.
Mash until smooth.
Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a food-storage bag; seal.
Refrigerate up to 2 days ahead.
Reheat in a microwave-safe bowl; cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on high power 5 minutes.
