Sour Cream Cheese Puffs
Ingredients:
cheese, parmesan, hard
cream, sour, cultured
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
onions, raw
lemon juice, raw
dill weed, fresh
spices, pepper, black
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, red pepper,onion, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
Cut each biscuit in half horizontally, press into greased miniature muffin tins.
Place a rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in each cup.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
