Semolina

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons normal ghee
3 complete cloves
3 entire cardamom pods
8 tablespoons coarse semolina
1⁄2 teaspoon saffron threads
50g/2oz sultanas
150g/5oz caster sugar
300ml/10fl oz water
300ml/10fl oz milk

Directions:
First, put the ghee within just a saucepan, and soften higher than a medium warm. Insert the cloves and the complete cardamoms, and avert the warm, stirring to merge.
Then, increase the semolina to the combination within the pan, and stir-fry right until it turns a marginally darker color. Increase the saffron, sultanas and sugar to the semolina mix, stirring to merge perfectly.
Then, pour in just the water and milk, and cook the combination, stirring continuously, right up until the semolina incorporates softened. Incorporate a tiny even further water if essential.
