Persian Turkey Kofta Kebabs

Twenty oz 93% lean ground turkey
Just one tiny onion, minced
Two cloves garlic. minced
1/4 cup refreshing parsley, chopped
Two tbsp bread crumbs
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
salt and fresh new pepper (to taste)


Directions:
In a superior bowl mix the ground turkey, onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, spices, salt and pepper right until frivolously mixed. Divide into a heaping 1/4 cup portions thus by yourself take 12; roll into log formed ovals. Point upon a cookie sheet and refrigerate at minimum amount 30 minutes. If having wooden skewers, soak inside water at minimum amount 30 minutes ahead of grilling.
