Chocolate Pudding Mix
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
salt, table
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended and store in an airtight container.
I use mason jars.
Attach a recipe card to the mason jar with these directions for preparation:
Mix 2/3 cup mix in medium sauce pan.
Add 2 cups whole milk , 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil .Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and pour in individual bowls and refrigerate.
