Hot Mustard
Ingredients:
bananas, raw
mustard, prepared, yellow
vinegar, distilled
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Puree about 5 pounds of banana peppers in a food processor.
Again to yield 1 quart and a cup of the final product.
Add mustard, vinegar, and sugar to a stockpot.
Cook over medium heat until dissolved.
Add the pepper puree, bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, add 1 1/2 cups of flour to 2 cups of water.
Whisk until dissolved-- no lumps.
Add to boiling pepper, vinegar, mustard, sugar mixture.
Return to a boil.
Can as suggested by manufacturer.
