Baked brown sugar bacon

Ingredients:
mustard, prepared, yellow
sugars, brown
bacon, meatless

Directions:
preheat oven to 375F
line baking sheet with aluminum foil
mix light brown sugar and Dijon mustard in mixing bowl
place strips of bacon, side by side, on aluminum foil
use spoon to spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard/brown sugar mix onto bacon
place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes
allow grease to drain off bacon for 2 minutes, then serve
