Cranberry and Apple Crumble
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
apples, raw, with skin
cranberries, dried, sweetened
orange juice, raw
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
Combine flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.Combine apple and cranberries in a large bowl.
Combine juice and remaining ingredients; pour over apple mixture.
Toss well.
Spoon apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with flour mixture.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve warm.
