Ginger upside-down pudding

150g/5oz wholemeal flour
1â„2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
11â„2 teaspoons floor ginger
1 teaspoon floor cinnamon
100g/4oz molasses sugar
1 egg
125ml/4fl oz milk
50ml/2fl oz sunflower oil
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°/350°F/Gasoline mark 4. Brush the backside and facet of a 23cm/9inside of spherical springform cake tin with a very little sunflower oil. Sprinkle the brown sugar about the backside of the tin.
