Fast Fast Fast Soda Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
lemon juice, raw

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375.
Mix the flours, baking powder, and baking soda together.
Add the milk and stir just until combined.
On a surface coated with a lot of flour (coat your hands too), knead the bread for 2 minutes.
Put it on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Flatten to about a 7 inch round.
Cut an X in the top with a knife.
Bake for 40 minutes or until it sounds hollow when you tap the bottom.
