Ingredients:
100g/4oz butter
50g/2oz caster sugar
150ml/5fl oz double product
100g/4oz muscovado sugar
4 eggs, divided
150g/5oz undeniable flour
11⁄2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Fuel mark 4. Grease 4 moulds measuring 300ml/10fl oz.
