Pear & ginger crumble

Ingredients:
4 dessert pears
25ml/1fl oz apple juice
100g/4oz undeniable flour
1 teaspoon flooring ginger
50g/2oz butter
1 teaspoon granulated sugar, moreover excess for sprinkling

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Fuel mark 5.
Then, peel, main and cut the pears. Put inside of a 1.2-litre/2pt ovenproof serving dish with the apple juice.
Then, sift the flour and ginger into a bowl, then rub within just the butter with your fingertips and stir within the sugar. Spoon the combination more than the pears, and drive down flippantly. Sprinkle with a small further sugar.
Finally, bake for 45 minutes right until golden. Provide very hot with product or custard.
