Granola Recipe
Ingredients:
oats
nuts, almonds
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
cherries, sweet, raw
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
oil, canola
syrup, maple, canadian
sugars, brown
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ingredients.
Transfer mixture evenly onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Use a spoon to toss ingredients and bake for another 20 mins.
Cool completely and transfer to storage jar.
Enjoy with milk or yoghurt.
