Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
egg substitute, powder
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oil, olive, salad or cooking
blueberries, raw
blackberries, raw
water, bottled, generic
orange juice, raw

Directions:
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar substitute, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Combine eggs, milk, and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
Spread batter evenly into bottom of slow cooker.
In saucepan, combine berries, water, orange peel, and 3/4 cup sugar.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat and pour over batter.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours until toothpick inserted into batter come out clean.
Let cobbler rest for 30 minutes before serving with whipped topping.
