Vinegar Cookies
Ingredients:
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
vinegar, distilled
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar.
Mix in flour, soda and vinegar.
Shape dough into small balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork or small wooden mallet.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350.
