Macaroni & 4 cheeses
Ingredients:
225g/8oz dried macaroni
25g/1oz margarine
100g/4oz Parmesan cheese, recently grated
100g/4oz Romano cheese, grated
350ml/12fl oz skimmed milk
100g/4oz reduced-weight cottage cheese
25g/1oz simple flour
1â„4 onion, sliced
1â„2 teaspoon mustard powder
100g/4oz minimal-excess weight mozzarella cheese, grated
75g/3oz refreshing breadcrumbs
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gasoline mark 4.
Then, cook the macaroni within just frivolously salted boiling water till al dente. Drain. Throw with 50 % of the margarine.
Then, inside a 1.2 litre/2pt baking dish, layer fifty percent of the macaroni and the Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Repeat with the becoming macaroni and cheese.
