Chocolate Icing

Ingredients:
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
butter, without salt
syrups, corn, light
pascha, organic bitter-sweet dark chocolate chips,
cherries, sweet, raw

Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients to simmer in heavy medium saucepan.
Reduce heat to low.
Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Mix in kirsch.
Remove from heat.
Let stand until spreadable, whisking occasionally, about 1 hour.
