Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
spices, nutmeg, ground
spices, pepper, black
cheese, parmesan, hard
cheese, parmesan, hard

Directions:
Microwave butter for 30 seconds.
Stir in flour and microwave for 1 minute.
Gradually stir in milk and spices.
Microwave on high for 3 min or until thick.
stirring every minute.
Stir in cheeses.
