3 Ingredient Low-Cal Strawberry Jam Cake
Ingredients:
pancakes, plain, dry mix, complete (includes buttermilk)
jams and preserves, apricot
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
Directions:
This time, I used this jam.
Combine 80 g of jam, pancake mix, and tofu in a bowl.
Mix it all together with a spoon.
Line the cake pan with kitchen parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
Top with the remaining 20 g of jam.
Bake in an oven at 180C for 25 minutes and it's done.
Serve as you like with whipped cream.
