Janey's Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, powdered
butter, without salt
blueberries, raw
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, cinnamon, ground
lemon juice, raw
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt

Directions:
Crust: Mix flour and sugar; add butter.
Pat into large pie pan and cover edges with strips of foil, if desired,.
Filling: Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice; place in crust.
Spot butter on top.
Topping: Mix sugar and flour.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press on top.
Bake at 375* for 50 minutes.
