Squash Corn Muffins(Vegan)

Ingredients:
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, whole, roasted, without salt
corn, sweet, white, raw
spices, basil, dried
molasses
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Have the corn partially thawed before starting.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Don't overmix.
Pour batter into 18 lightly oiled muffin cups.Bake muffins for 25 minutes and allow to cool before removing from tins.
