Orange Butter
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
orange juice, raw
Directions:
Soften butter in a bowl.
Using a fork, mix in the orange zest.
With a small ice cream scoop, make 12 half rounds of the butter mixture.
Freeze and store in plastic container or freezer bag in the freezer for later use.
