Chestnut & sprout sauté
Ingredients:
900g/2lb new chestnuts
600ml/1pt vegetable stock
900g/2lb fresh new Brussels sprouts
100g/4oz butter
450g/1lb onions, quartered, with levels divided
225g/8oz celery, trimmed and minimize into 2.5cm/1within just components
recently grated zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
