Spicy okra

Ingredients:
substances
3 tablespoons ghee or butter
1 significant onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tablespoon floor coriander
1 teaspoon recently floor black pepper
1 teaspoon floor turmeric
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
450g/1lb okra, crowned, tailed and slice into 1cm/1⁄2in just elements
1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala

Directions:
First, soften the ghee or butter within a weighty frying pan around a small warm. Incorporate the onions and garlic, and sweat until eventually gentle still not caramelized.
Then, insert the floor coriander, pepper, turmeric and salt, and sweat for a added 4 minutes, stirring generally.
