Crimson mullet & coconut loaf
Ingredients:

225g/8oz crimson mullet fillets, skinned and finely chopped
2 reduced tomatoes, finely chopped
2 green peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clean pink chilli, finely chopped
150g/5oz contemporary breadcrumbs
600ml/1pt coconut milk
salt and recently flooring black pepper
For the sauce
125ml/4fl oz tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon incredibly hot pepper sauce
1â„4 teaspoon sizzling mustard
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Fuel mark 6.
Then, merge the crimson mullet with the tomatoes, peppers, onion and chilli. Stir within the breadcrumbs and coconut milk. Time with salt and pepper.
Then, grease and line a 500g/1lb 2oz loaf tin, and insert the mullet mix. Bake for 1â€"11â„2 several hours right up until fastened.
Then, to deliver the sauce, mixture alongside one another all the sauce elements until eventually comfortable and creamy.
Finally, to provide, slice the loaf into slices and provide sizzling or chilly, drizzled with the sauce. fish & seafood.
