Nutty Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oats
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Heat 1/4 cup/50 ml water in a large pan.
Add the butter and chocolate milk powder and bring to a boil.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the sugar and mix well.
Shape the mixture into balls (about 12), flatten them onto a tray and sprinkle with sugar.
Pack in airtight bags and store in a cool, dark place.
They will keep for about a week.
If you want to keep them longer, they will need to be refrigerated.
