Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Fig Salad with Arugula
Guidance:
Blend the oil, balsamic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk.
Location the arugula upon a high platter, final with proscuitto, cheese, basil and figs and drizzle with dressing.
Ingrediants:
1 tbsp more virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp new squeezed lemon juice
1/8 tsp kosher salt
new black pepper, to style
5 cups boy or girl arugula
4 ripe figs, quartered
4 oz clean mozzarella, sliced and torn into sections
2 oz slim sliced proscuitto, torn into parts
8 to 10 reduced refreshing basil leaves
