Chocolate Cake Truffles

Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
butter, without salt
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
sugars, powdered
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,

Directions:
Combine the chocolate, butter, cream, sifted icing sugar and rum in a small pan.
Stir over low heat until chocolate and butter have melted; remove from heat.
Transfer mixture to medium mixing bowl.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until semi-set.
Using electric beaters, beat the mixture until it is creamy.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls combined cocoa and drinking chocolate until coated.
Refrigerate until firm.
