Dinner Rolls in One Hour

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
butter, without salt

Directions:
Mix flour, yeast, dry milk, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add water and oil then stir and mix until a sticky dough is formed - let sit for 5 minutes.
Place Dough on a floured board, using extra flour as needed, form into 10 balls.
Place Balls onto greased baking pan.
Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Let dough balls rise in a warm place for 25 minutes.
Drizzle melted butter over the rolls.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
