Rice Flour Chocolate Bread in a Silicone Steamer
Ingredients:
rice flour, white, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
sugars, granulated
oil, olive, salad or cooking
honey
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Add the ingredients to a bowl and use a whisk to mix in a circular motion.
Add the ingredients to Step 1 and use a rubber spatula to mix.
Pour into the lekue and use the rubber spatula to spread it out evenly.
Close the lid, and microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes.
It should be ready to go if you can poke a toothpick through without the dough sticking to it.
