Healthy Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
oil, olive, salad or cooking
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
egg, white, raw, fresh
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients.
Mix oil, apple sauce, milk, apple juice and egg whites together.
Add wet to dry ingredients, and mix just until all combined.
Pour into muffin tins, greased with cooking spray.
Bake at 375F.
