Georgia Peach Ice Cream
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
lemon juice, raw
peaches, yellow, raw
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
Directions:
combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick -- stirring constantly.
cool.
add peach pulp and lemon juice --
fold in whipped topping --
freeze according to machine directions.
freezing time is not included since the machines used vary on actual times.
