Chocoholic Frolic Pie

Ingredients:
cookies, vanilla wafers, lower fat
butter, without salt
pascha, organic bitter-sweet dark chocolate chips,
cream, fluid, heavy whipping

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix crushed wafers and melted butter until well blended .
Press mixture into a 10 inch quiche dish.
Place chocolate and cream in the top of a double boiler.
Heat over low heat, stirring, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour chocolate into crumb crust and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
