Duck with pineapple
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 very little onion, thinly shredded
3 slices of fresh new root ginger, thinly shredded
1 spring onion, thinly shredded
1 tiny carrot, thinly shredded
175g/6oz cooked duck meat, reduce into slim strips
100g/4oz canned pineapple slash into tiny slices, fatigued, with
2 tablespoons syrup reserved
1â„2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon crimson rice vinegar
1 teaspoon cornflour combined to a paste with 11â„2 teaspoons water
Directions:
First, warm the oil within a wok or weighty major frying pan. Increase the onion and stir-fry right until opaque. Insert the ginger, spring onion and carrot, and stir-fry for 1 moment.
Finally, insert the duck meat and pineapple to the wok jointly with the salt, vinegar and reserved pineapple syrup. Stir until finally the combination is perfectly mixed. Incorporate the cornflour paste, and stir for 1â€"2 minutes until eventually the sauce is made up of thickened. Provide very hot. chicken & other poultry.
