Spanish Skillet Supper
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
water, bottled, generic
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
peas, green, frozen, unprepared
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook and stir until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add hot water, rice and sauce mix; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low heat; immer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Sti in green peas; increase heat to medium-high.
Cover and cook 5 minutes or until peas and ice are tender.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
