Becky Sue's BBQ-Pecan Appetizer
Becky Sue's BBQ-Pecan Appetizer
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
nuts, pecans
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
sauce, barbecue
Directions:
Melt butter in saute pan on medium-low heat.
Add nuts, salt and cayenne; stir to evenly coat nuts.
Cook 10 min., stirring frequently.
Stir in Becky Sue's BBQ Sauce; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
Pour onto wire cooling racks to drain.
Serve in bowls.
