Turkey gumbo

Ingredients:
25g/1oz margarine
225g/8oz refreshing okra, chopped into
2.5cm/1within just sections
150g/5oz celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 little green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
225g/8oz tomato purée
400g/14oz canned chopped plum tomatoes
200g/7oz cooked turkey, chopped

Directions:
First, soften the margarine inside a superior frying pan. Incorporate the okra and sauté for regarding 5 minutes till the okra loses its vivid physical appearance. Remove the okra sections to a bowl.
Then, insert the celery, onion, green pepper and garlic to the pan. Sweat higher than a medium warmth until eventually the onion is tender and clear. Incorporate the tomato purée, tomatoes, 450ml/3⁄4pt water, okra blend and turkey.
Finally, remove the warmth to small, and cook for 10 minutes or right up until the turkey is heated for the duration of. Provide sizzling with rice. chicken & other poultry.
