Wild Berry Blast Smoothie
Ingredients:
goji berries, dried
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Place smoothie pack, juice, yogurt, and milk in blender.
Blend until fruit is pureed and mixture is smooth.
